Puzlith is a publishing-production tool. We do not promise or guarantee earnings, sales, rankings, royalties, KDP approval, or any specific business result. Your results depend on your content, market, pricing, promotion, and execution.
What lifetime means
Lifetime access means access to the purchased Puzlith Studio launch edition for the commercial lifetime of the Puzlith Studio service. It does not mean the purchaser’s lifetime and does not include separately priced future products or add-ons.
14-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase through the support method shown on your receipt. An approved refund, reversal, chargeback, or dispute revokes the related software license and account access.

Does Puzlith upload my export files?+
Saved project settings live in your private account library. PDF and PNG export files are built and downloaded in your browser; they are not uploaded to a conversion service.
Is the output guaranteed to be accepted by KDP?+
Puzlith checks puzzle placement, page count, trim selection, and layout rules. KDP can still change its requirements, so you should review the final PDF and the current KDP preview before publishing.
How does access work after purchase?+
Purchase with the same email used for Google or email/password sign-in. PayPal sends a verified confirmation to Puzlith, and your studio access activates automatically.
Can I resell the software?+
No. The license covers using Puzlith for your own publishing workflow. Your original book content remains yours, but the software and source code cannot be redistributed.
