Privacy, license & refunds
Service and payment
Puzlith Studio is sold as a one-time USD 47 license for one publisher account. The complete price is shown before you approve payment. Payment is processed by the secure provider displayed at checkout, such as PayPal or WarriorPlus, and a verified purchase confirmation is returned to Puzlith. Puzlith never receives or stores your payment password, card number, or bank details.
Privacy
Puzlith stores your signed-in account identifier, email, saved project settings, and the minimum order and payment-status fields required to activate, support, or revoke access. Your word lists and project settings are isolated to your signed-in account. Puzzle-book PDF and PNG files are assembled in your browser and are not uploaded as export files.
License
A valid license grants one purchaser ongoing access to use Puzlith Studio for their own commercial or personal publishing workflow. “Lifetime access” means access to the purchased Puzlith Studio launch edition for the commercial lifetime of the Puzlith Studio service; it does not mean the purchaser’s lifetime and excludes separately priced future products and add-ons. You keep the rights to the original word lists and book content you provide. The Puzlith software, interface, and source code may not be copied, resold, sublicensed, shared as a service, or redistributed.
Refunds and access
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase using the support method shown on your receipt. For WarriorPlus purchases, use the Get Support option in your WarriorPlus purchase record; you may also contact support@puzlith.dev. A confirmed refund, reversal, chargeback, or payment dispute revokes the related license. When purchasing through WarriorPlus, create or sign in to Puzlith with the same delivery email used at checkout so the verified license can activate automatically.
Earnings disclaimer
Puzlith is a publishing-production tool. We do not promise or guarantee earnings, royalties, sales, rankings, publishing-platform approval, or any specific business result. Results depend on the purchaser’s content, market, pricing, promotion, and execution.
Support
For product help, account access, privacy questions, or refund requests, email support@puzlith.dev. Please include the purchase email, product name, and transaction or sale ID when available. We aim to respond within three business days.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to infringe copyrights, process unlawful material, attack the service, bypass access controls, or share an account. You are responsible for the rights to your source material and for reviewing every generated book before publication.
Publishing responsibility
Puzlith helps prepare puzzle-book interiors, vector covers, and listing drafts but does not upload to publishing platforms, guarantee approval, rankings, or sales, or replace a final human proof. Trim size, margins, content rights, metadata, cover review, and the final publishing decision remain the publisher’s responsibility.
